COACHING Services

Mythril Peaks training packages are broken down into three distinct tiers. All tiers include:

  • A Google Sheets calendar with custom day-by-day training instructions;

  • Pace charts and corresponding effort level metrics based upon your individual ability and current fitness;

  • Access to a video catalog illustrating the proper techniques for warmup routines, ancillary work, and strength training, as applicable; and

  • A rolling, continuously updated list of tried-and-tested running gear recommendations, to include clothing, wearables/tracking devices, footwear, and more!

Single-EVENT

$100.00 one-time (for marathon)

Have a race on the calendar that you're excited (or nervous!) about? Let us help you get there with a custom training plan designed just for you.

This one-time program provides a clear, detailed roadmap to your target event, from a 16-20 week marathon journey to an 8-14 week plan for any other distance, depending on the timeline and your individual needs as an athlete. We'll provide you with everything you need to feel confident and prepared. You can focus on your running, knowing your plan is built on proven training principles.

Though single-event training programs are not eligible for dynamic updates, we’re just a message away should you have any general questions throughout the training cycle. Get ready to enjoy the process and celebrate your success at the finish line!

STANDARD

$175.00/month

Our Standard Tier provides comprehensive, hands-on coaching to help you achieve your goals. Your training program will be fully customized to your needs and updated monthly, with weekly dynamic adjustments based on your performance and feedback. This ensures your plan is always optimized for your progress.

You'll also receive:

  • Periodized strength and ancillary training to keep you strong, healthy, and consistent.

  • Biweekly check-in calls as desired (up to 45 minutes) + unlimited texts and emails with your coach for personalized support.

  • Ongoing guidance for managing injuries, aches, and external life stressors that impact your training.

This tier is designed for runners who need a flexible, expertly managed plan with consistent, personal support from a coach.

ADVANCED

$225.00/month

Elevate your running journey with our Advanced Coaching tier, built for the serious athlete. This plan includes everything in our Standard Tier, and then some. You'll get a fully customized, dynamically updated training program, along with monthly check-ins and weekly support.

But we don't stop there. The Advanced Tier provides you with all the tools needed to perform at your peak:

  • Race-Day Strategy & Mindset: In addition to the standard-tier phone support, you can elect to schedule a dedicated monthly 45-minute phone call where we’ll explore mindset development and race strategy framing.

  • Personalized Fueling Guidance: General nutrition and fueling advice to power your runs and optimize recovery.

  • Expert Gear Recommendations: Specific day-to-day footwear and gear guidance, ensuring you are maximizing the use of the tools at your disposal for every type of workout.

  • Collaborative, Long-Range Goal Planning: Assistance with race schedule planning, long-term weekly mileage projections, and strategic planning for goals many months or years away.
